1. Sending an item to our service centre
We know your time is valuable, so we offer simple options for delivering your device to our service center or in case of a return.
1. Shipping or pick-up via delivery service
If you cannot visit us in person, we can arrange safe remote delivery. The process is simple:
Package preparation: You must include the printed email message you automatically received upon registration in the package.
Costs and delivery method:
Warranty repairs (Free pick-up): We cover the delivery costs! For warranty repairs, we will send a delivery service to your address to safely pick up your package.
Non-warranty repairs and contract withdrawal (within 14 days): The costs of returning or delivering to the service center are borne by the consumer. In this case, send the package at your own expense to the address specified in the message. You can read more information about our return policy on our website: Product returns.


2. Visiting our service centre in Nova Gorica

Once the device is repaired and thoroughly tested, we will notify you that it is ready for pick-up.
