Item returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), you can return the items that were ordered through a distance purchase (including purchase via the Internet) without providing a reason.
It is sufficient that you inform us (to the e-mail address prodaja@pocenipc.com) of your withdrawal from the contract within 14 days. You can return the items to us in the next 30 days.
The returned items must be undamaged, in their original packaging and unchanged in quantity, otherwise we will not return the purchase money!!!
Your purchase money will be transferred to your transactional account within 14 days of returning the products. The only cost that the consumer incurs in relation to the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the items.
Returning damaged packages
If the package is physically damaged, has missing contents or shows signs that it has been opened, the buyer must initiate the claim procedure with the Post of Slovenia. This is done by taking the package to the nearest post office in the exact condition as it has been received (without adding or removing anything) and filling in the claim form. Together with the Post of Slovenia, we’ll see to it that the claim is resolved as soon as possible.
Warranty
The manufacturer is obliged to provide the buyer with a warranty for the faultless operation of purchased items. The buyer can enforce the warranty directly with the manufacturer or its authorised service. The buyer can enforce the warranty if they have the warranty card and the seller’s receipt.
The manufacturer is obliged to perform the warranty repair within 45 days of receiving the item, otherwise it must be replaced with another faultless item of the same value.
The buyer can also enforce the warranty with the seller, but the provision from the previous paragraph also applies in this case.
Warranted items are returned in accordance with the terms specified by the manufacturer on the warranty card.
Complaints
The claim is valid within 8 days from the day of purchase. Later claims will not be taken into account. We’ll try to settle every claim in the user’s (buyer’s) favour unless the items have been damaged by misuse.
The buyer can issue a claim if the product doesn’t have the properties listed or guaranteed by the seller. The claim is also valid if the seller shipped the wrong product, quantity, colour or if the product in any way differs from the buyer’s order.
In the event of a claim, the buyer may demand that the item be replaced, purchase price reduced in proportion to the item’s flaws, or purchase money returned.
The buyer may return the items at the seller’s expense, but both parties must agree to it beforehand via the e-mail address prodaja@pocenipc.com. In the opposite case, we do not accept packages with a redemption charge.
Important
- When returning an item to the seller (Insis d.o.o.), you must include a copy of the receipt.
- The address for item returns is Insis d.o.o., Industrijska cesta 7a, 5000 Nova Gorica.
- We recommend that you use a delivery service which allows package tracking, and that you properly prepare the items for transport. You can use the original packaging or any other appropriate and safe packaging.
- The costs of sending are always covered by the sender unless otherwise agreed in advance. We do not accept packages with a redemption charge.
- When enforcing a warranty, the fastest way to receive items is if you enforce it directly with the manufacturer or its authorised service.
1. Warranty
The buyer may exercise the warranty directly with the manufacturer, its authorized service center, or the seller.
The warranty repair must be carried out within 45 days of receipt of the goods. If this is not possible, the product shall be replaced with an equivalent faultless product or the purchase price shall be refunded. The warranty can be claimed with the warranty card and the invoice.
When exercising the warranty, the buyer must:

Submit all accessories supplied with the item (e.g. cables, chargers, earphones).

Properly protect the product for transport with the original packaging or equivalent packaging.
Procedure for returning goods for warranty repair

Complete the warranty return form available on the page Request for return or repair of goods.

Properly prepare the product for transport with the original packaging or other safe packaging.

Send the product to the following address: Insis d.o.o., Industrijska cesta 7a, 5000 Nova Gorica.
Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.
If the defect is not remedied within 45 days, the buyer may demand:

Free replacement of the product.

Reduction of the purchase price or termination of the contract.
2. Complaints regarding non-conformity of goods
The buyer may file a complaint if:

the product does not have the promised features,
-
the product does not function properly,
-
the buyer receives the wrong product or quantity.
The complaint procedure is the same as the procedure for returning goods for warranty repair.
In the case of a justified complaint, the return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
Time limit for filing a complaint
The seller is liable for any non-conformity of the goods that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery. For second-hand or refurbished goods, the liability period may be shortened, but not to less than one year from delivery.
The buyer must notify the seller of the non-conformity within two months of discovering it.
Expiry of rights
The rights arising from non-conformity expire two years after the day the buyer notified the seller of the non-conformity.
3. Returns for legal entities
Different conditions apply to legal entities:

Legal entities do not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without reason.

Returns are possible only within the framework of warranty conditions.

Complaints regarding non-conformity of goods cannot be exercised.
4. Right of withdrawal from the contract
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer, who is a natural person, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The buyer must notify the seller of the withdrawal in writing to sales@outletclick.com. The notice must be accompanied by a completed Consumer withdrawal form, which must also be enclosed with the returned product. The product must be returned no later than 14 days after the notice was sent. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
Returned products must be undamaged and in unchanged quantity. The seller withholds reimbursement of payments until the goods are received.
If the product is damaged or returned in a condition substantially different from its original state at dispatch, the seller reserves the right to reduce the refund or refuse the right of withdrawal if the decrease in value is the result of improper handling by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

goods made to measure or tailored to the buyer’s specific wishes,
-
delivery of digital licenses, software or content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the download or activation process has already started.
