What we process and why

• Order and delivery (performance of the contract): name, address, contact details, order information.
• Accounting (legitimate interest): invoice and payment data.
• Support and complaint procedures (legitimate interest): communication, service data (RMA).
• Newsletters, personalized offers (consent): email, your preferences.
• Analytics/advertising (consent): data from cookies.

Who we share data with

We may share personal data with contractual processors (e.g. delivery services, payment providers, accounting) solely to the extent necessary for the performance of the order, delivery, payment or repair. We have concluded personal data processing agreements with them; they may use the data only for the agreed services.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

If a specific service is hosted outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Data retention

We retain purchase data in accordance with the law (usually 5 years after the end of the financial year). Data based on your consent (e.g. newsletters) is retained until withdrawal.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can exercise your rights at prodaja@pocenipc.com (subject line: “GDPR”). If you believe we are violating your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).

Automated decision-making

We do not carry out decisions based solely on automated processing that would have legal effects on you.

Data protection during service (RMA)

During service, we process only the data necessary for diagnostics and repair. Copies created during testing are deleted after completion. Upon request, we return the replaced storage medium to you.
